How can I be so confident in telling you what you need? It's simple... I've walked in your shoes. In fact, I've walked many miles in your shoes! Let me back up a few years and tell you where I've been... When I first became an internet marketer, learning the basics of how to set up a website, how to find and drive targeted traffic to my website and how to make sales, I had no idea how important it was to establish Joint Ventures. I mean, I was doing just fine...or so I thought. I was making sales, slowly bulding my list and growing my relationship with those on my list. Heck, I'd even created a couple of my own products. I thought that I was doing everything I needed to do in order to grow a solid and profitable online business. I thought I was doing everything I needed to do, but it just wasn't showing up in the "bottom line". Soon enough, I was no longer satisfied with the "status quo" of being a new marketer. I was ready to take my business to the next level. One of the first things I realized was that there appeared to be two distinct groups of marketers. Those that were in the "know" and the rest of us. I was beginning to feel that I was on the "outside" looking "in". After a quick inventory of myself, my business model and my goals for the future, I realized that there was something missing and that's when it hit me, like a ton of bricks... I can still remember the day... I was talking to an established marketer about some download issues that I was having with his membership site. After we had worked through the problem, I mentioned that I had another new product in the works and if he knew what I needed to do next. His reply was a very nonchalant, "Get some of your friends to review it and make sure they give you a testimonial for your site". The bricks had been dropped - right on my head! You see, at that time, I had no internet marketing "friends" who I could call on to supply me with this much needed testimonial. "Friends?" I said to myself, "I don't need friends - I need customers!" As soon as I had finished this thought, it was like a veil had been removed from my eyes. For the very first time, I began to truly understand the folly of my ways. Friends. Yes, friends. I needed friends and I needed a lot of them. NOW! In the language of the internet marketer, the word "friends" can and should be synonomous with the words "JV Partners". Once I came to understand this simple truth and took action to change the path that I was on, things changed for me - drastically for the better and I had the bottom line to prove it! I now have hundreds of friends across the internet. Who are these "friends"? Most likely, they're just like you. They are hard working, honest and driven men and women, who I know I can turn to when I need help and support. The rest, they say, is just history!
